On a Smile for Human Engenuity

In my mind, there there are several “no doubts” about humans. No doubt that humans, as one of the living things on our planet, have similarities and differences with all other living things. Also, no doubt that so many of our differences is due to the brain.

Yep – the human brain gives humans a greater range of communication, a wide range of emotions and behaviors, and a greater depth in critical thinking and problem solving. With all this in mind, this Monday Morning Entertainment is cheers to a variety of aspects of the human brain that you can appreciate in your own way.

Not all that long ago, Maxi (my favorite Filipino living in Sweden) gave me an idea for a post, which I used, but forgot to credit her. Not this time – many thanks Maxi for this delightful video, which I take as a tribute to the human brain – thus a great way to start the week.

Enjoy the video and have a great week.

  1. Hope you had a blessed Easter, Frank, and that all your reader had a Happy Easter, or Passover, or whatever joys life brought their way today.
And if I could beg 3 small favours for tomorrow. If you know any Australians or New Zealanders, wish them a Happy Anzac Day. Spare a thought for all the brave lads (and ladies) from Down Under, who throughout time have given the world so much. And say a prayer for all the brave soldiers from Down Under, as we mark this 96th anniversary of the horrific and fruitless Gallipoli invasion, where many fine men from both the Allied and Entente World War 1 powers died, and where Australia and New Zealand took their places among the great nations of the world. May their sacrifices, on both sides of the war, and in all wars, never be forgotten.
Sorry for the “heavy” note, Frank. I will end on a positive note, and wish you and your readers a good Monday and a great week! ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. That was so awesome!! I loved the dogs going up it. Haha. And the kids looked like they had fun. The bigger “kids” had fun too jumping around.

I know my nieces would love it. Although it would be hard to get the 6-year-old away from it. ๐Ÿ™‚

We need that in our fat country.

    • Spinny,
Glad you enjoyed this. Something in my memory says that this was done in several other parts of the world, but to be honest, I’m not 100% sure. Japan and Australia are ringing a memory bell though. Thanks for stopping by.

  3. *blush blush* — when I got to the line that mentioned as your favorite Filipino living in Sweden. Thanks. That made my day… actually, my week. Whew!

Whenever I look at this video, a smile on my face keeps on showing up. Love this a lot. Sad that the piano stairs do not exist anymore. Will try and check the place when I get to travel to Stockholm again. ๐Ÿ™‚

AGain, thank you Frank for putting a smile in my heart! ๐Ÿ™‚ Hugs!
