On Missing a Peel

I stayed away from the internet while on the ship last week, which also has the downside of not reading my favorite bloggers and keeping up with the news – especially the satirical news from The Onion. With that in mind, here are some of the headlines I missed. Which is your favorite?

  1. I have to vote for the ’93 Taurus headline (but not the car). Yeah, big surprise, right? 😉 Taking a vacation in your mind is just “Total Recall”, a fairly missable movie albeit with some nice scenes with Sharon Stone.
And here I thought your title was about a new movie version of The Avengers without Steed’s female counterpart……

  2. John, I had the same thought on the title … Emma Peel rocks! 🙂

Frank, the “Obama Now Attempting to Get Each Word of Jobs Bill Passed Individually” headline made me laugh. 😉

  3. Thanks everyone for sharing your favorite. I’m with many who enjoy the Coal Lobby … then again I find a bit of enjoyment in each of them. After all, they were good enough for me to select!
