Unfortunately, 1,900 is not divisible by 64. Too bad because that would have been a great coincidence of celebrating the 1,900th post milestone on my 64th birthday. Seems like good rational to bypass the latest edition of Opinion in the Shorts.
Celebrate the events with one of my favorites. Which one to you chose?

Frank, The post was Awesome! I think 64 is my new favorite number, and not just because of its significance to the Kama Sutra or the Nintendo.

Gabe,
LOL .. oh my … yours is the first comment I’ve read for the new day and you made me laugh. Glad you enjoyed your first trip to my tribute to a number. This is the 34th tribute, so here’s the tribute to 34. https://afrankangle.wordpress.com/2012/01/09/on-34/ … to see the rest of the tribute, in the sidebar go to Categories > Salutes > Numbers. Enjoy!

I’m blushing. … but starting my day with a birthday greeting from the Rose Queen also caused a smile. 😀

“Avenue Sixty-Four – a boutique wedding venue in Brisbane, Australia” ~~ really? My daughter, who got married last November, went wedding dress shopping in Brisbane (about an hours drive north of here) but I think she missed that shop.
Happiest Birthday, Frank! At the beginning of this post, I thought you must have been a mathematician in a previous lifetime – by the end of the post I realised that I will never think of the number 64 in the same way again. 🙂
Thanks so much for the celebration music. “Sweet City Woman” is my pick of your favourites, a great song to bop around to.

Joanne,
Thank you for the birthday greeting from Australia … my first for this day! 🙂 I usually do a tribute to a number around a celebration of some sort (birthdays, anniversaries, etc). I enjoy gathering information that is bountiful feast of mindless minutia. Your comment about the store in Brisbane made me laugh. You’ll have to check to see if it is still there. Gotta love Sweet City Woman!

May I submit one more 64? The TV game show $64,000 Question.

Jim,
Thanks for the greetings. I considered the game show for the list, then my Betsy DeVos math kicked in to determine 64,000 does not equal 64. 😉

All peons appreciate warm greetings from The Queen … well, as long as “Off with the head” doesn’t follow very soon. Thanks for noticing the 1900 as I think your comment may be the first.

Happy Birthday, Frank. Super post. I’m looking forward to next year when you will fix that number of posts so that you can divide the number by 65. 😀

John,
Many thanks for the greetings. As far as that challenge goes, the most reasonable number would be my birthday being post #2015. But hey … if I can’t match them up, that would be Obama’s fault.
LikeLiked by 1 person
It would. The fact that you are turning 65 is Obama’s fault as well.

Ach! I didn’t have time to look at my emails so I almost missed this one! Happiest of birthdays, Signore Frank! The year of my birth, and your birthday… hmmm…. Hope your day was splendiferous (had I been on the ball, during our banter this morning on my blog, I would have wished you a most happy birthday at a proper hour!)

Dale,
Many thanks for the best wishes … and I’m glad you didn’t miss my birthday .. which is the 17th. I think I timed this post for a few minutes after midnight.
There was a time of this blog when I didn’t reveal my actual birthday, but would celebrated here most of the time with a numbers post.
Today was a good day … different but good.

Happily Birthday Frank! One more year, and you can join the ranks of the idle rich. 😉 I’ll take care of the idle, if you can handle the ‘rich.’
Shouldn’t there be 69 Kama Sutra positions??! Just sayin’.
Stampeders is a great Canadian band, and I’m a Moody Blues fan, just not thrilled with that particular cut, but I love that Hollies song, especially the double intro – which DJs too often edited off, or talked over. 😥

Happy Birthday Frank. I’ll submit a 64 as the number of teams that should be in the NCAA Basketball Tournament each year. The perfect number for a perfect bracket…ruined by desire and greed for more revenue. That’s the way of the world. Song selection is Long Cool Woman but I Know You’re Out There Somewhere was a very close runner-up. (Sounds like I need to re-read the Kama Sutra again…I apparently lost count)

Thank you for the greetings. I can say the day was a good one.
Thanks for the 64 teams in March Madness. I can’t believe I missed that one. On retrospect, I totally missed “Sports” as category (one that I usually do). Probably due to haste.
Good choice of songs. Loved the Moody Blues in concert! I’ll be watching for a book review of your re-read on your blog.
