On a Weekend Concert with CSNY

Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young

The Producer’s Guidelines

  1. Only songs performed by Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young
Note: At least 2 of the 4 must be credited with performing the song (no soloists)
  2. No duplicate songs
  3. Include the song title in your introduction text so others can see it
  4. One song per person (on Day 1)
  5. To prevent browsers crashing from loading too many videos, please paste the URL as part of your last line (not a new line) – (I do not mind unembedding, so no apologies are necessary)

Note: Return on Day 2 to submit more songs without limits. (My typical signal is posting a song for all attendees.)

“Suite Judy Blue Eyes”

Next Concert: Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young – the soloists (Date, tentatively 27th July)

Past Concerts (Category): Beatles, Ex-Beatles, Moody Blues, Queen, Neil Diamond, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Aretha Franklin, Carole King, Elton John, Billy Joel

  1. Frank, Suite: Judy Blue Eyes was my 2nd choice, Love it! I wanted to post a Buffalo Springfield song. However, I decided to stick to the rules, even though I saw you allowed one already.
However, I will come back and post it tomorrow, as it is not the one that was chosen. Of course today is not over!

    • Resa,
Cheers to Sweet Judy Blue Eyes! Buffalo Springfield was actually an easy call to make … so hey – you can add another one of theirs tomorrow (maybe even late tonight for you party animals. (All depends when I post)

  2. This is what happens when I’m not home and a concert starts without me – all my favs are taken. (Boo-hoo) I don’t have a huge list of CSNY songs to draw on – so right now I’m trawling through YouTube trying to find something I know, like and want to share.

  3. Day two and I’m baaaaack. Don’t recall Guinevere being played (I could easily still be asleep) so am offering it from the self titled 1969 album. Written by David Crosby about three women that he loved. One, Christine Hinton, his longtime girlfriend was killed in a tragic accident while taking her two cats to the vet (one of the cats pounced on her, causing the Volkswagen to lose control and crash into a school bus), one was Joni Mitchell and the other one is someone he won’t reveal. Interesting little back story. Happy Sunday.
