A toast to my blog friends – those who have passed through my little corner of the world and those are remained. To friendships, to good people, to kindness, to respect, to dreams, to happiness, to good health, to a brighter tomorrow, and to love.

Happy New Year!

  1. A toast to you and Mrs. Angle, Frank!
May 2020 bring much joy, good health, wonderful music with a full dance card as well as more trips to enjoy!
And in your choices, I think I’ll go with the Royal Scots Dragoon Guard…however, I shall leave you with the Home Free version

  2. Right now I’ll raise my coffee cup to you in toast, and wish you–and all–the same. I’m with Dale on the choices, though I’d go for Audra MacDonald singing it (or anything). 😉
Happy New Year to you and Ms. Angle!

    • Jim,
Many thanks for the best wishes … and wishing you and yours the best for 2020. The window is closing soon … but to be honest, I’m still not sure when. I imagine I’ll be trying to establish a plan very soon.

  3. Normally I’d say it’s hard to the beat The Tenors, but have to admit the two Scottish versions left me with goosebumps, especially the bagpipe version (makes me feel a special connection to the Highlands). Robert Burns knew how to nudge the heartstrings. Happy New Year, Frank! 🎊

  5. I picked the middle one. The scenery in the beginning was wonderful. I’d love to go back to Scotland someday.

    • Jo!

What a pleasant surprise. Thank you … and you must be a Trekkie! Then again, people should know that saying. 🙂

After 11+ years, yes, time to walk into the sunset – but – not without many final thoughts (later this month) – I just don’t know “when” yet. Hope you stop by for the final series.

      • I hope to, Frank. I was at Deborah’s lovely place and saw your conversation, which brought me here. 🤗💕I was never wild about Star Trek but funnily enough I’ve just come from the Star Wars film. We have a rare grey day here and a little free time. All the very best to you 🎆🥂💕
